What services does Trustoppy provide?
Trustoppy specializes in Agile transformation, leadership coaching, team coaching, and Agile workshops. We help organizations adopt Agile practices tailored to their specific needs. We also offer strategic consulting services for digital transformation.
How do I pay for services?
Trustoppy accepts payments via bank transfer and credit/debit card. For bank transfers, payments should be sent to our BIAT account, and for credit or debit card payments, we use secure payment links provided by Konnect. Payment instructions are included in the invoice.
When are payments due?
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made within 15 or 30 days depending on the agreed terms (net 15 or net 30). Late payments will incur a 2% interest charge per month.
What is Trustoppy's cancellation policy?
Cancellations for training and workshops made 14 days before the scheduled date will not incur fees. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the service will be charged 50% of the total fee, and cancellations less than 7 days in advance will be charged in full.
Does Trustoppy guarantee results from its consulting services?
We do not guarantee specific results, as the success of our services depends on client engagement and full participation by the organization. However, we use proven methodologies and industry best practices to support Agile adoption and transformation.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is not made within the specified time frame (15 or 30 days), Trustoppy reserves the right to suspend services until the payment is made in full. Late payments are subject to a 2% interest fee per month.
How does Trustoppy handle confidentiality?
We take confidentiality seriously. Both Trustoppy and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the service. Any sensitive business details will not be disclosed without explicit consent.
